Our Faurecia Interior System Business Group is looking for a Transversal Designer m/f for its site in Hagenbach – Germany.

Being part of a global network, you will actively participate in transversal efforts to generate world-class innovations.
You will be an actor in the development of programs, interacting with various internal partners. It is therefore essential to be sensitive to generic business matters and market drivers, in accordance with trades and markets.
Leadership capabilities, so as technical knowledges and a global understanding of manufacturing processes will be requested.
The main missions of the role are:
1/ Design creation
Identify concepts and solutions that meet the objectives (Use, Cost, Design, Schedule)
Guarantee the respect of style intention from the start of the project till the final delivery
2/ Communication
Inform project stakeholders on progress status and propose solutions.
Able to explain his actions, present them and communicate them to different competencies (Design / Marketing / Innovation / Communication)
3/ Vision & Purpose
Submit ideas and concepts at Faurecia Intellectual Assets department
Be able to initiate a technological survey in order to sustain a high level of competence of this activity
4/ Project management skills
Defined design methodology adapted to the project objectives
Anticipate workloads and organize his activity
Ensure design project Follow-up
The length of the VIE is 12 months.
The V.I.E., an international young graduate program, enables young professionals who are less than 28 and European Union nationals to work for a French company in any country of the world. Mastery of software Digital Design: 2D, 3D Rendering
Strong skills in Design thinking methodology , sketch, illustration
Skilled in Modeling, Rendering, Texturing and Animation
Profil:
English Fluent
A graduate in Industrial Design
Knowledges software:
