Our Faurecia Interiors System Business Group – Europe Division is looking for a VIE Program Quality Engineer m/f for its site in Hagenbach – Germany.
Please note that applications submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking teams in our plants worldwide. Only applications submitted in English will be considered.
The main missions of the role are to:
Support the Program Quality Leaders general
Optimization on current Program Quality processes and procedures
Support on administrative Program Quality related items
Coordination of Meisterbock activities in R&D centre and onsite production plant
Preparation, completition and evaluation of the Production Part Approval (PPA) files for DAG & BMW
Support of the program/plant quality engineer for the input of the initial samples documentation in the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) syste
Tracking of the achievement for the initial samples
Activities for Advance Product and Quality Planning (APQP) process in development programs for instrument panel, center console and door panel
Coordination and control of the program quality network: Advanced supplier quality engineer and plant quality enginee
Implementation and maintenance of regular communication with Advanced supplier quality (ASQ) and Plant Quality Engineer (PLQE)
Monitoring the activities with defined quality tools (e.g. Value Mapping (VM), Production Part Approval Process list (PPAP-list), Design Validation Plan/Process Validation Plan (DVP/PVP), gauge status, control plan, etc.)
Support the PQL (program quality leader) in the preparation of Team Validation Review (TVR)/ Program Review Committee (PRC)/ Global Review (GR) with PS Next
Support PQL activities for CCC (China Compulsory Certification) administration
Support on serial quality items in the plants
The length of the VIE is 12 months.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering / Quality Engineering
Good English language skills additional German skills are a plus
Pro active, self motivated and willing to optimize on current processes and procedures
Open mindset to also be able to see process out of customer view
Open minded able to work in multidisciplinary teams
Technical background
Knowledge of Advance Product and Quality Planning (APQP)/ Program management-processes in automotive industries is a plus
Knowledge of data based software programs is a plus
Knowledge of MS project standard software is a plus
