- Faurecia Decoration Division is looking for a Plant HR Specialist (m/f) for its Plant in Kennelbach – Austria.
The region is one of the most beautiful of Europe, its surrounded by Lake constance and mountains!
Please note that applications submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking teams in our plants worldwide. Only applications submitted in English will be considered.
The main missions of the role are:
- Assist the HR Team in personnel administration, implementation of group HR policies and their follow-up, staffing issues or industrial relations
- Collect information and prepare reports in line with Group HR policies for month-end figures and follow up indicators
- Support in time management topics
- Maintain employee files and answer employee queries related to payroll
- Ensure that the organization complies with labor laws
- Handle training management coordination
- Participate in Health Safety & Environment (HSE) training issues
- Implement tools to track and follow up on recruiting issues
- Correspondence to external recruitment channels such like agencies/consultants
- Propose action plans and participate in their deployment
- Participate to the implementation of HR policies and HR project within the site, including deployment of Employee Empowerment basics
The ideal candidate will have:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources
- Fluent in English and German
- First work experience in HR within an industrial environment
- Familiar with HR Information systems as well as MS Office
- Experience with SAP
- International mind set with good interpersonal skills
- Autonomous and well organized work style
- Curious to understand the business
- Teamwork oriented and positive spirit
- Able to take initiatives and implement it under project mode
