Client Technology (CT) - focuses on developing new technology services for our clients. It enables EY toidentify new technology-based opportunities faster, and pursue those opportunities more rapidly.

Enterprise Workplace Technology (EWT) – EWTsupports our Core Business Services functions and will deliver fit-for-purpose technology infrastructure at the cheapest possible cost for quality services. EWT will also support our internal technology needs by focusing on a better user experience.

Information Security (Info Sec) - Info Sec prevents, detects, responds and mitigates cyber-risk, protecting EY and client data, and our information management systems.  

The opportunity
 

Supervising Security Analyst works as part of the Information Security Team and drives continuous compliance by ensuring various systems and applications are being scanned, monitored, inconsistencies reported, and remediation efforts pursued by service owners and their team members. In addition, this position ensures that weekly, monthly metric trending dashboards are created and presented to leadership for review as part of a holistic view of risks to the company’s information resources and customer data. Furthermore, continue to grow the service by assessing current processes and procedures to ensure they make sense and to work with stakeholders to provide improved automation processes where we can add value and assist in remediation efforts of discovered vulnerabilities.

Additionally, the senior analyst will provide vulnerability management coordination support for any 3rd party reputational websites, 3rd party audits and any Information Security projects that impact the Vulnerability remediation team or software applications managed by the Vulnerability Remediation team.

Your key responsibilities
·  Investigate, determine and document GVM scan report findings regarding discovered irregularities, escalate appropriately and determine the cause(s) of and recommend appropriate solutions to any irregularities identified
·  Assist in the designing, documenting and implementation of computer-assisted analysis techniques.
·  Assist in recommending, developing, and implementing changes to procedures and systems used by Security Operations Services to enhance data security
·  Exhibits Global Diversity Awareness
·  Must be able to effectively interact with other IT Services professionals
·  Prioritize, organize, optimize and automate daily operations
·  Managing multicultural project teams in different time zones
·  Strong English language skills in verbal and written communications
·  Strong work interaction with Information  Security and within IT Services Operation team
·  Work independently on small projects, as needed 
Skills and attributes for success .
·  Usage of various security tools. Should be familiar with various secuirty testing methodology and tools such as Nmap, Qualys, other Vulnerability Management tools.
·  Basic Knowledge of programming language like C/C++, C#, JAVA, ASP.NET and familiar with PERL/Python Scripting.
·  Good Technical aptitude, problem solving and ability to quickly learn and master new topics and domains.
·  Familiar with OWASP and Secure SDLC standards
·  Knowledge of common security requirements within ASP.NET & Java  application
·  Good Knowledge of TCP/IP, Network Security. 
·  Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.  
To qualify for the role you must have
·  Experience of 5 - 7 yrs in IT and application, network and infrastructure security 
·  Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent work experience in IT and Information Security
·  Hands on experience on Nmap, Qualys, other Vulnerability Management tools.
·  Exposure and good understanding of the various security testing methodologies.
