Job Summary:

The Americas Learning Facilitator ' Assistant Director is responsible for leading the delivery and facilitation of learning programs including: workshops and course offerings, coaching, presentations and simulations primarily delivered virtually, but may also include all types of modalities.

This position collaborates with other Americas Learning team members to coordinate learning programs, ensuring that appropriate resources are in place for program success, including logistics, scheduling, participant rosters, materials, media and technology production, program evaluation and availability of Subject Matter Resources (SMR's) and other presenters as necessary.

In concert with learning instructional designers and developers, this position participates in the development of learning support materials such as facilitator presentation materials; participant guidelines, tools and templates; presentation media, job aides and on the job developmental resources This position also plays an advisory role beyond learning session delivery, providing ongoing feedback, advice and support to continuously improve learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Leads the delivery and facilitation of learning programs primarily delivered virtually, but may also include all types of modalities
·  Facilitates learning solutions sessions utilizing established methods and standards
·  Uses Learning Management System (LMS) and or knowledge management platform to access course curriculum, program registration data and reports on participant completion status
·  Collaborates with Americas Learning Team to improve the design of existing learning solutions and to tailor plans and learning solutions to client audiences and business needs
·  Provides feedback and coaching to other learning delivery professionals and SMRs to meet facilitation expectations
·  Partners with external vendors as needed to enhance overall program delivery and impact
·  Works with project planning and service line leaders to ensure training calendars/delivery schedules and resourcing meet the needs of the business
·  Ensures learning materials are up to date and relevant to ensure a positive learning experience for participants
·  Rehearses/practices application of social media, media, collaboration platforms and other technology requirements prior to learning sessions
·  Manages multiple priorities and project deadlines, including tracking and managing project hours and budgets
·  Conducts intermittent 'learning audits' to track learning metrics and identify impact of learning lessons in the work environment
·  Develops recommendations for additional participants developmental experiences or learning  activities to promote skill development
·  Constructs engaging sustainability plans and training communications that reinforce key knowledge and skill development beyond the initial course objectives
·  Continuously monitors and solicits feedback on all learning programs and materials to ensure accuracy, relevance and effectiveness, while driving enhancements for improved adoption
·  Coordinates follow up for asynchronous activities that may accompany classes (e.g., homework or follow assignments)

To qualify, candidates must have:

·  Bachelor's Degree or comparable relevant experience
·  5-10 years of experience delivering training for large organizations
·  Strong presentation skills, preferably experience presenting in a virtual environment
·  Ability to work both independently and within teams
·  Consistently drives critical activities to completion
·  Responds flexibly to changing work demands (including managing multiple demands, competing priorities and an environment of constant change)
·  Takes charge of own learning development by seeking out new ideas, perspectives and concepts
·  Strong written and verbal communications skills
·  Ability to assert own ideas and influence others to gain support and commitment for shared projects
·  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
·  Understands participative learning principles to enhance learning products/services
·  Possesses significant production skills using technology tools and platforms to plan, run and troubleshoot applications during the delivery and facilitation of virtual classrooms
·  Works independently with minimal guidance
·  Prioritizes own deadlines; delegates tasks to others
·  Escalates complex issues with recommendations to project sponsors and/or leadership
·  May provide coaching/development and direction to other team members
·  May provide daily supervision to team members, including setting priorities and providing ongoing feedback

Other Requirements:

·  Working hours, flexible work arrangements and time off may be limited during specific times or deadlines
·  Travel may be required pending business and project needs
·  Flexibility in working hours to accommodate multiple time zones as needed
·  Overtime, as needed to meet deadlines
