You will help businesses realize the value from their IT investments supporting strategy, improving the customer experience and driving growth. As part of a high-performing team, you will provide support for our clients with technology-driven transformations related to value creation, digitization, new operating model structures, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and post-merger integrations.

 

Your key responsibilities

You will support either stand-alone projects or elements of multiple client engagements. You will monitor progress, risks/issues and confirm that key stakeholders are kept informed on progress and outcomes. You will display leadership, motivate teams with diverse skillsets, deliver quality client service, and demonstrate technical capabilities and knowledge. Seniors are expected to build client relationships, foster an innovative culture and mentor junior consultants while actively participating in our sales and business development programs and supporting and driving practice development activities.

We develop practical, executable plans to manage the journey from strategy through execution. Our team uses industry-leading methodologies and tools to accelerate start-up and enable highly efficient and effective transformation journey.

 

To qualify for the role you must have:

·  A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field, with approximately 2+years relevant consulting experience or technology project management
·  Experience with end-to-end IT delivery
·  Strong communication and presentation skills 
·  Experience in project delivery, including configurations, release and change management
·  Knowledge of integration plans, integration reports and test procedures
·  Experience in delivering implementation plans that include multiple components with tight interdependencies between these components
·  Experience applying structured problem-solving skills and strategy consulting frameworks into work products
·  Ability to work with limited data points and information to generate hypothesis and strategic recommendations
·  Broad knowledge of IT and how technology enables business through effective strategic planning, governance, and management discipline
·  Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint portraying creative and innovative presentations  

 

 

In addition to the above, we require experience in at least one of the following areas:

·  Technology strategy, planning and delivery supporting front, middle and/or back office in Banking and Capital Markets
·  Experience with design and implementation of top/large banking and capital market technology platforms (banking, trading, settlement, payments, loan, etc.)
·  Familiar with technology operating models (shared services, divisional groups, global organizations, centers of excellence, offshoring, outsourcing)
·  Experience with CIO Agenda such as cost optimization, customer experience, user experience, IT talent management, IT risk, technology modernization, service-oriented architecture, open platforms, digital strategies, data and system delivery and path to production
·  Experience with mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and/or market utilities
