Job description

  Position title – Microservices Engineer – Senior


Job purpose:

Senior in the IT Advisory Services team to be part of the delivery of Microservices based projects for our customers across the globe.

 

Your Technical responsibilities: (part of description)

·  Knowledge of applying object-oriented and functional programming styles to real-world software engineering problems.
·  Experience working with micro services, API Gateways and lifecycle management
·  Demonstrable understanding of high-quality coding and testing practices.
·  Leveraging deep understanding and adoption of Agile software delivery techniques and technologies including Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery(CI/CD).
·  Developing solutions using a variety of technologies and tools to marry on-premise and cloud-based systems together.
·  An appetite to learn new technologies and a drive for continual improvement. 

Requirements (Qualifications)

We are looking for the candidates with the following:

·  BE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry experience of 6to 10 years

·  REST/SOAP based API development
·  Maven/Gradle
·  Junit, Mockito
·  ORM, Hibernate, MySQL
·  XML, JSON

·  SWAGGER 2.0
·  OAUTH, SAML
·  Caching(Red is/Mem cache)
·  NoSQL database(MongoDB/Cassandra/Couch DB)
·  Postman/SoapUI

Preferred skills:

·  Any Cloud Experience (AWS/AZURE/GCP/PCF)
·  Akka/Scala/Light bend
·  Kafka
·  Any BPM tools (Camunda)
·  Splunk or ELK
·  Docker and Kubernetes
·  Experience working on CMMI / Agile / SAFE methodologies
