Job description

Job purpose :

Senior Tech Lead or Tech Lead or Associate Architect in the IT Advisory Services team to be part of the delivery of Java/J2EE Technology based projects for our customers across the globe.

Your Technical responsibilities: (part of description)   
·  Virtualized Service Governance
·  Tool Installation and Configuration
·  Guidelines Development
·  Integrate, test, implement, and deploy new and existing software application programs.
·  Build highly performant CI/CD pipelines
·  Automate the change management of the supporting infrastructure
·  Building scalable integrated processes to fulfill the requirements of different software projects which change their technology stack on case to case basis.
·  Responsible for design, implementation, and ongoing support of the production services, applications and platform components.
·  In this role, you have the opportunity to leverage your technical skills in systems management, software development and data store administration to provide best-practices guidance.

Your Management responsibilities: (part of description)
·  Understanding of the current IT environment and industry IT trends to identify the engagement and client service issues.
·  Ability to act as day-to-day client contact on the project engagement; run client status and other client meetings and deliver executive-level presentations that drive actions and decisions.
·  Experience in communicating technical study conclusions through written reports and presentations, using tools such as PowerPoint/Excel/Word/Visio.
·  Must have domain driven design experience, preferably focused on financial service, insurance or telecommunication.
·  Must have presentation skills – ability to create powerpoint deck to communicate solution architecture to various stakeholders.
·  Ability to analyze business requirement user stories and model it domain based services
·  Experience working under agile delivery methodology
·  Previous experience working in delivery consulting
·  Enthusiastic, persuasive and self-starter, ability to motivate team members
·  Excellent written and oral communication skills.  Ability to participate in proposal presentations
·  Willingness to travel up to 80%

Requirements (Qualifications)

 

We are looking for the candidates with the following: (Qualifications)
BE/BTech/MCA inComputer Science, Information Management or another related field. with a sound industry experience of 6 to 10 Yrs in various roles.A minimum of 3 years’ experience in technology or a similar role.2+ years’ experience of micro services oriented architecture, Web services standards and best practices. Strong understanding of one or more of the following change management technologies Chef, Ansible, Puppet.
