Senior Technical Lead in ITAS.
Job purpose: (part of description)
BizTalk Integration Senior Technical Lead in the IT Advisory Services team to work on various EAI/ESB projects for our customers across the globe.
Your client responsibilities: (part of description)
· To ensure project deliverables conforms to business requirements/objectives.
· Understand the requirements, evaluate potential solutions and provide technical recommendations
· Contribute to the design and development of projects where deemed necessary
· Participate in the design and planning of solutions infrastructure changes
· Liaison with the Project manager/Project Leader to ensure successful deliveries
· Responsible for design, impact analysis for the requirements
· Complete projects in accordance with agreed standards i.e. operational acceptance criteria
· Ensure that work is completed with very high quality
Your people responsibilities :(part of description)- as a Senior you will:
· Foster teamwork and lead by example
· Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives
Requirements (Qualifications)
We are looking for candidates with the following: (Qualifications)
BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience of 7 to 10 yrs.
You will need to have:(Core Competencies)
Mandatory skills:
· Working knowledge with SOA & ESB
· Strong working knowledge of SOA concepts & approaches (Web Services, UDDI, WSDL, SOAP, REST etc.)
· Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience using BizTalk Server
· Experience developing WCF services, REST services
· Experience in BizTalk Server development (2010,2013 R2 or above) using Orchestrations, Pipelines, Mappings, and custom Adapters
· Experience in designing and developing innovative solutions to solve business problems leveraging BizTalk software
· Experience using SQL server including design and development of tables, functions, stored procedures, views, indexes, etc.
· Experience with Team Foundation Server for version control and release management
· Experience with test driven development process using BizUnit
· Experience with the following technologies: C#, XML, XSLT
· Experience in B2B/EDI, data integration and SaaS integration.
· Experience in development of custom ESB Itineraries
· Exposure in Microsoft BizTalk Enterprise Service Bus Toolkit, SOAP GUI, Deployment framework
· IIS, HTTP, WCF, Web Services, REST working knowledge
· In depth understanding of requirements and processes for integrating business applications
· Knowledge of message queuing technologies such as MSMQ or MQ Series
· Knowledge of XML, XQuery, XSTL and XPATH
· Must have experience in a combination of BizTalk 2010 and BizTalk 2013/2016 development
· Proven hands on experience in designing complex Business Processes using BizTalk Server
· Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP)
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
· Strong knowledge in BizTalk Server Setup, Configuration and Deployment
· Deploy, monitor, and manage Business Rule Engine policies
· Excellent business communication skills
· Ability to work well with clients and other internal system groups.
· The individual must exhibit a great deal of personal initiative and accountability.
· Good interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate or contribute thought leadership.
Preferred skills:
· Experience in using Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, WSO2, TIBCO and Azure Logic apps nice to have.
· Experience in Insurance or Finance or banking domain.
· Prior Client facing experience
