Your role

EY is right now planning to enhance our People Advisory Services (PAS) offerings in The Netherlands and is investing in SAP cloud solutions as a result. The aim of PAS is to support our clients to develop best in class HR functions. It is an experienced and diverse group of professionals that is engaged in assisting clients with issues in the field of HR and IT / Digital.
As a Manager SAP SuccessFactors with EY, you work within the HR Technology team as an integrated part of the PAS practice. You will contribute by helping our clients to transform through HR IT cloud solutions. The work involves system configuration through best practice processes and IT tool usage. We combine IT skills with HR transformation experts to unlock superior client value in our engagements where HR strategy and IT intersect.
In this role, you will deliver quality client service and insightful solutions to large national and international companies while balancing multiple priorities. Additionally you will be involved in collaboration and PAS community activities, support in or lead client sales activities and project management activities, and take on roles such as Solution Architect roles and team lead roles.

Your skills
·  Contribute to the delivery of SAP SuccessFactors projects, demonstrate technical competence and take a practical/business driven approach to solving complex client challenges
·  Identify engagement opportunities and generating new client opportunities, collaborate on business development and account management efforts, and (further) develop lasting relationships with clients
·  Be able to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for any major change initiatives and/or decisions
·  Encourage and facilitate collaboration amongst team members, and promote an inclusive working environment
·  Provide coaching and development opportunities for junior colleagues and peers, and act as a visible role model for our people
·  Success in this role will come to those who are proactive, resilient, and adaptable to different circumstances. Collaboration and quality-consciousness are key behaviors necessary to deliver high performance in this role

 To qualify for the role you must have

·  Minimum of 5 year work experience of which at least 3 years of proven SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience in the European market.
·  Certification in one of the following SAP modules: Employee Central, Goal & Performance Management, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation Management, Workforce Management and Analytics
·  Preferably a degree in IT and/or Business or Human Resource Management
·  Experience with SAP Cloud Platform and/or SAP HCM is a plus
·  Good ability to work both independently and in teams
·  You are accurate, proactive and have analytical skills
·  Able to build a network and proactive in spotting opportunities, both internally and externally
·  Excellent communication skills, in the English- preferable also in the Dutch language
·  Willing to, if necessary, work internationally
·  Interest in advising HR organizations and processes within a consulting / project environment
·  Interest to support the growth of the PAS Netherlands SAP SuccessFactors capability through knowledge sharing and Business Development activities
