EY Technology supports our technology needs through three business units:

Client Technology (CT) - focuses on developing new technology services for our clients. It enables EY toidentify new technology-based opportunities faster and pursue those opportunities more rapidly.

Enterprise Workplace Technology (EWT) – EWTsupports our Core Business Services functions and will deliver fit-for-purpose technology infrastructure at the cheapest possible cost for quality services. EWT will also support our internal technology needs by focusing on a better user experience.

Information Security (Info Sec) - Info Sec prevents, detects, responds and mitigates cyber-risk, protecting EY and client data, and our information management systems.  

Identity & Access Management – Infosec

Identity and access management provides generally services globally to all countries. Identity and access management (IAM) is the process used in businesses and organizations to grant or deny employees and others authorization to secure systems. IAM is an integration of work flow systems that involves organizational think tanks who analyze and make security systems work effectively. Policies, procedures, protocols and processes are all linked to IAM. Identity and security applications are also important considerations. IAM verifies user access requests and either grants or denies permission to protected company materials. It also deals with various administrative functions including password problems and helps oversees employee identity management. Standards and applications of IAM include the maintenance of user life cycles, various application accesses and singular logons.

The opportunity

The IAM Identity Provisioning Administrator provides operational support guidance. Coordination and follow up on user account administration customer inquiries and secure account access issues in accordance with Information Security policies and procedures. The role maintains proper adherence to the terms of the Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) as well as the specific directives guiding an end user’s security clearance. This individual prioritizes tasks as well as displays and applies technical knowledge effectively to support secure management of digital identities and associated access control functions.

Your key responsibilities

·  Act as first/second-tier support for customer account inquiries and, requests in the defined Service Level Agreement.
·  Act as second-tier support for the Service Desk regarding account management services for the systems and applications we support.
·  Perform operation-level troubleshooting activities to identify and implement efficient incident resolution action that minimizes end user and/or system downtime.
·  Understand and use appropriate methods, tools, and applications to perform varied work activities within structured environments. Absorbs technical information when it is presented and applies it effectively.
·  Utilizes security principles as appropriate for IAM support activities.
·  Ready to work on flexible shift and timings.
·  Availability to work on Argentina public holidays.

Skills and attributes for success

·  Exhibit solid interpersonal, communication, organization, and time management skills.
·  Basic consultative skill to effectively questioning and conduct core issue analysis, select and apply appropriate standards, methods, tools and applications to independently resolve complex incidents and problems.
·  Able to support peers within IT teams in collaborative activities.
·  Time management skills to prioritize workload and work through assignments and activities with efficiency and minimal supervision.
·  Works through a list of repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
·  Basic to Advanced knowledge of EY’s desktop environment (PC applications, standard software, mobile devices, Telephony, network, servers and general connectivity) as well as security access functions
·  Basic knowledge on Microsoft Active Directory (Windows 2008/2012 Directory Services), SailPoint, Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), RSA and other multifactor authentication technologies be added advantage. Technologies related to user/group provisioning to effectively provide for core user identity management
·  Strong oral and written communication skills in the English language to work effectively with end users and IT peers. 

To qualify for the role, you must have

·  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
·  Any professional certifications like ITIL, MCITP will be an added advantage.
·  Approximately 0-3 years of security administration experience in support of IT products or User account management and working knowledge of large IT organization operations.

Ideally, you’ll also have

·  Ability to effectively work with customers and management personnel on all levels, business areas and across cultures.
·  Knowledge of latest trends in information security, procedures, methodologies, and best practices will be added advantage.
