GDS Advisory _ Java Developer

Job description

Experience:

 

·        At least 2 years’ experience doing core Java development work

·      Spring Framework to develop Java applications

·      Use JPA/Hibernate and JDBC with Spring to access relational databases

·      Web Services; SOAP, REST services

·      JMS (Messaging Queues)

·      J-Units

·      Design Pattern

·        Experience in SQL

 

·        Understand Object Oriented principles

 

·        Has worked on integration – familiar with SOAP web services

 

·        Insurance knowledge is a plus

 

·        Experience in Managed Services is a plus

 

Competencies / Skills:

 

·        Excellent communication skills

 

·        Excellent technical skills

 

·        Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

 

 

 

Education

 

·        College graduate preferably with a degree in Computer Science
