Function: Procurement
Location: UK

The opportunity

 

To support and produce Tier 1 and Tier 2 executive level events across European geographies and beyond.

Your key responsibilities

 
As a an EY event producer, you will:
· 
 Coordination of events from concept through execution and post event analysis. This involves strategy, management, budget oversight and overall event logistics

· 
Drive and track cost management and efficiencies

· 
Be an ambassador to the firm and bring brand value across in your execution of event production

· 
‘Call’ live events

· 
Ensure all production suppliers are compliant within EY independence guidelines

·  Negotiate production proposals including obtaining competitive bids in accordance with procurement policy.

Creative and analytical thinking

Capable of handling quantitative and technical duties while also using eye for design to implement the visual aspects of an event

Ability to juggle many different tasks and collaborate with a wide range of teams

Being innovative and aware of technological advancements in the event world.

Supervision Responsibilities
· 
Managing high-performing production teams for high-level leadership and client events.

To qualify for the role you must have:

 
· 
Experience in production supplier relations

· 
Experience ‘calling’ or directing live production

· 
Ability to travel. 

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 
· 
Specialised skills such as CAD design, Microsoft Word and Excel

· 
Experience in working cross border in multiple EMEIA geographies

· 
Proficiency in an aspect of production, such as audio, video, or lighting.
