The opportunity

 

We are looking for an Oceania External Communications Coordinator within the Brand, Marketing and Communications team in our Oceania office. This role is offered on a flexible full time basis.

 

Your key responsibilities

· 
Media monitoring and reporting experience

· 
Comfortable doing proactive agenda surfing and seeking opportunities for commentary for key spokespeople in news of the day

·  Writing press releases
· 
Developing and manage relationships with key media

· 
Drafting and distributing media pitches and alerts

Skills and attributes for success

· 
High quality and timely deliverables on all communications initiatives

· 
Demonstrate effective project management skills

· 
Adherence to core values

· 
Timeliness and accuracy of work/tasks undertaken

· 
Effective management of stakeholders

· 
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload
