The Factory is a startup team within EY. We support the growth of startups & scale-ups, facilitate innovation tracks within corporates and enable innovation within EY. The Factory resides in theEY wavespace , based in Antwerp right next to Berchem train station. This hub is carefully designed to facilitate open innovation and a busy hive filled with entrepreneurial people.

We are looking for an experienced Innovation Enabler who likes to roll up her/his sleeves! The Factory sets up several programs to innovate EY from within. We enable intrapreneurs to realize their idea into a scalable solution. Therefore, we organize trainings, roll out challenges and support the business teams in every step of the innovation journey. You will build an internal network of intrapreneurs and ambassadors, and support our team in setting up these innovation activities. You will be actively involved and follow every step of the journey; from ideation, to validation, to solution.

This is you:

·  You have at least 5 years of proven experience in Innovation Management, (International) Business, or similar

·  You are passionate about innovation and its methodologies. (Lean, Design Thinking, Agile, …)

·  You have strong soft and interpersonal skills, combined with a commercial approach to successfully lead customer projects

·  You are an expert in digital transformation, project delivery & management

·  You have experience in planning, delivering and executing complex projects while respecting deadlines

·  You have a strong business sense and you understand what it means to make trade-offs between scope and timeline. You strive for impact

·  You have excellent communication skills and you’re able to facilitate workshops

·  You are not afraid of responsibility and independent work, at the same time you are a real team player

·  You have an entrepreneurial mindset: curious for new things & driven to create value
