Experienced Finance Analyst

   

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will report to Finance Controller and work closely with Accounting department as well as different functional cost centers across Baltic countries to ensure efficient development of internal cost control function within EY.

 
Your key responsibilities:


· 
Work with functional leaders to understand the monthly variances against the budget and prior years

· 
Collaborate with Accounting department to ensure the cost is accounted according the global policies

· 
Actively participate in annual budget preparation process, review, aggregate and analyze information submitted by budget owners

· 
Respond to queries from regional controllers in respect to your area of responsibility

· 
Prepare various monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports and analytics on historical performance and areas of concerns 

To qualify for the role you must have:

·  3 years of relevant financial experience (accountancy or internal finance function)
· 
High proficiency in analytical, data gathering and visualization skills

· 
Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions (knowledge of PowerBI data visualization tool would be an advantage)

· 
High level of focus and attention to details

· 
Strong communication skills and ability communicate the financial information across a wide range of stakeholders

· 
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline

· 
High level of spoken and written Lithuanian and English
