The opportunity :         Executive HRBP – Gurgaomn

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the in house HR Business Partnering team at EY,HR Generalist with strong reporting / data analytical skills at an experienced Manager level.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

·  The candidate would be responsible for all BaU metrics & overall operations including overseeing responsibility of core SL functions.
·  Should be fundamentally strong in all functions & concepts of HR including labour law and compliances.
·  Will be responsible to manage the complete employee life cycle .
·  Work back with MSL Leadership and support HR lead on strategic planning, talent management, employee engagement & other key HR initiatives
·  Participate in or lead special projects in an effort to strategically develop, implement and administer HR impact for GOV MSL

 

To qualify for the role you must have

·  MBA in HR from a premium B-school
·  3 + years of experience in HR Business Partnering
·  Dynamic, result-oriented person who brings strong understanding of HR processes.
·  A self-motivated, confident, & high on energy individual with strong analytical skills &  excellent written and verbal communication.
