Job Summary:

    

This role offers the opportunity to drive impact as an integrated member of two teams, EY Growth Markets and EY Alumni Relations. Responsibilities include supporting the design, development, and management of external and internal communications initiatives, and maintaining marketing and communications operational infrastructure, for both these groups. Though you mayprovide inside and counsel to other team members on specific topics, you won't have any direct supervisory responsibilities. The location is open to Central and East region preferred.

 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

· 
Support execution of external marketing campaigns by coordinating with Core Business Services teams (editorial, visual identify) and key stakeholders for necessary approvals (including SCORE), scheduling and distributing campaigns via the GEMA marketing and Polite Mail communications platforms, and providing high-level campaign monitoring and reporting.

· 
Work closely with the Americas Growth Markets Core BMC and Alumni BMC teams to maintain consistent brand, visual and verbal identity across all external communications to support key priorities/programs, including: IPO, VC, Family Business, EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women, Alumni digital features and newsletters, Alumni Week and Awareness, Alumni Champions and more.

· 
Support reporting and analytics efforts by participating in firmwide calls and trainings, understanding KPIs, compiling and delivering recurring reports around performance on ey.com, social media, and other external platforms. Responsible for ensuring teams are compliant with all EY brand, data and privacy guidelines.

· 
Provide ongoing support around list maintenance and refreshes for Mercury target groups (external marketing lists).

· 
Support the quality of Alumni content and assets on Insala, EY’s global alumni network, and EY’s intranet

· 
Maintain a content library of for ongoing tracking and external digital content promotion throughout the year. Will include bylines, thought leadership, digital content, etc.

· 
Help support operational social media efforts by scheduling pre-written and pre-approved content for external distribution via EY-branded channels using Sprinklr and SMARP and by providing high-level monitoring and reporting.

· 
Act as liaison to the Americas Growth Markets and Alumni BMC teams to help drive evolving strategy.

· 
Some travel may be required.

 

Knowledge and skill requirements:  

 

·  Excellent written and verbal communications skills are critical, along with attention to detail and project management skills
·  Strong track record of networking and relationship building with professionals at all levels and ranks, internally and externally, influencing without authority to produce results and outcomes
·  Effective management skills to independently drive multiple deadline driven projects, concurrently
·  Competence at judging when to consult or raise potential challenges to the next level of supervision
· 
Proficient in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite; and confident learning other programs and IT tools to manage role requirements

· 
Some experience working with social media to build brand and engage with audience

· 
A strong team player and lateral thinker who is comfortable working collaboratively, virtually, independently, and consultatively

· 
Efficient time management and prioritization skills are essential and extended hours are often required

· 
A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant business experience, marketing and communications experience preferred

·  A Bachelor's degree, preferably with a marketing or communications major
