Business Operations Assistant – EY’s Innovation Hive

We have an exciting new opportunity for someone with an enthusiastic attitude to support the team and ensure operations are running like clockwork. This is a varied role where no day will be the same and a chance for you to develop a great understanding on agile ways of working in a collaborative and close-knit team.

What you will do:

·     Create and maintain project documentation and presentations such as policies, guides, assessments, etc.

·      Ensure all project documentation is centrally located and accessible to appropriate stakeholders.Prepare and coordinate project team meetings (eg. diary management, creation of meeting agendas, meeting minutes, coordinating meeting inputs/presentations)

·      Design, create and manage the fortnightly newsletter which includes collating information from different stakeholders.

·      Provide team members access to applications

·      Help onboard new starters

·      Coordinate various project activities and support the overall team

·      Arrange project team building and social events

·      Provide administrative support as required

 

You will definitely need:

·      Good prioritisation skills with an aptitude to produce high quality work whilst working towards deadlines.

·      The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be highly organised

·      Proactive approach and highly responsive project management skills

·      Confident working with different stakeholders across the business

·      Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
