To help us drive this change, we are looking for a Business Development professional who will contribute in attracting and expanding clientele in focused services.  You will be joining a solid team that is determined to deliver a top-class service to our clients, internally and externally. 

 

The opportunity

 

EY has a powerful purpose: Building a Better Working World. We have a new opportunity for a Business Development professional who will work with the BD Leader and local Partnership to expand our offerings and build up on our clientele.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

·  Initiate, build and sustain exceptional relationships with client executives in new and existing accounts
·  Develop and drive account planning to expand our relationships and footprint within key accounts
·  Identify opportunities and client challenges and bring appropriate EY resources and insights to help the client resolve those challenges
·  Lead selected pursuits in order to achieve optimum positioning and quality of offering
·  Drive sales on multiple accounts, both directly and in collaboration with Service Lines, to achieve an agreed personal sales goal
·  Participate in selected engagements to ensure client expectations are met
·  Provide advice and support to the Service Lines, in order to co-develop go-to-market strategy for services/solutions

·  Stays abreast of market trends, issues and competitive intelligence that create opportunities to add value to the client’s business. Brings new ideas and innovation with a strong focus on transformation.
·  Is a great team player but also self-motivated. Can team with and influence senior leaders to formulate the best strategy to serve the client

 

To qualify for the role you must have

 

·  3-5 years of sales or business development experience in the professional services and solutions arena
·  University/Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced degree is preferred.
·  Understanding of the marketplace/industry, with some competitive and account knowledge. 
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

·  Specific experience with selling and/or implementing complex digital, technology and/or managed services solutions
