As part of our Americas Tax Technology Group (ATTG) you will be part of a technology organization that develops and maintains innovative solutions for our client-serving Tax professionals. ATTG professionals will partner with our Tax professionals to develop supporting technology such as digital/mobile tools to improve internal operations, application of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) to collect and calculate financial data, development of advanced financial dashboards, visualization, analytics, and reports.

 

Position Summary:

T heSeniorBusinessAnalystroleis in theSolutions Deliverypillar.Themainfunctionofthis pillaris to ensurethatprojectsandprogramsformingpartofspecific portfoliosarecompletedon timeandonbudgetandaimtoexceed thebusinessexpectations.  

Essential Functions of the Job:

Work closely with the business to gain an understanding of business strategy, processes, services and roadmap

· 
PlanandmanagetheBAapproach; communicating,drivingandmanagingthebusinessanalysis effortforthePortfoliothroughoutallphasesoftheATTG project lifecycle

· 
Activelyreviewrequirements traceabilityforimpactandcoverageanalysis throughoutthePortfolio

· 
WorkwiththeAnalysis CommunityofPractice toensureconsistentapplicationoftheSolutions Deliveryand ATTG standardsandmethodologiesandadviseonexceptions

developmentmethodology(i.e., Agile, Iterative, SCRUM, RUP,Waterfall,etc.)inuse. Experiencewith Agiledesired.

Experienceusing,traininganddrivingothers touserequirementsmanagement,modeling,andchangecontrol software(s)

Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps tool is preferred.

Experience working with MS Office / MS Visio is preferred.

Job Requirements:

 

· 
A bachelor's degree(computerscience,engineering,accounting,financepreferred)orequivalentworkexperience.

Master's degreepreferred

· 
3-5years ofrelevant experience

· 
Managementexperienceaplus

· 
CBAPorCBATL certification preferred.
