ENGIE are recruiting for a Business Support Co-Ordinator to be based at Avondale House, Bellshill ML4 3NJ. This is a permanent full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, between 08:00-22:00, (08:00-16:00 or 14:00-22:00) Working 5 over 7. On offer is a salary package of £21,085,36 (this is inclusive of on call and shift allowance)

General Overview: 

The Business Support Co-Ordinator role is an exciting New opportunity with leading Facilities Management provider – ENGIE. ENGIE are recruiting for the newly established Facilities Helpdesk based in Bellshill. We are excited to be recruiting for our expanding Helpdesk due to growing demand. The successful candidate will report directly to the Business Support Supervisor.

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:

· 
Answer calls for a growing multi contract fast paced Helpdesk

· 
Live Call logging on Internal CAFM system (MAXIMO)

· 
Assigning and Dispatching to various resources via multiple channels

· 
Work to Service level agreements preventing financial penalties to the business

· 
Issue reports to Internal and external clients/Customers using in-house system

· 
Pro-Actively Monitor and Chase work Orders to completion within the required SLA

· 
Action requests via various channels.

· 
Administration tasks as required by the business

· 
Ability to work shifts dependant on position

· 
Support achievement of departmental goals, objectives and targets

· 
Be fully conversant and compliant with all processes which support the delivery of Helpdesk services ensuring compliance with contractual KPI targets.

· 
Provide excellent customer service when dealing with telephone calls, ensuring the use of a polite and professional manner at all times and that all requests are followed up by taking ownership to completion including the use of accurate handovers where necessary.

· 
Develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels with both internal and external customers.

· 
Adhere to all company policies including but not limited to code of conduct, data protection and confidentiality.

· 
Enthusiastic and pro-active with ideas both during meetings and in general, with the aim of enhancing the overall Helpdesk experience for our customers.

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

·  FM Helpdesk experience
·  Experience of working to strict SLAs & KPIs
·  Good Customer Service Skills
·  Excellent attention to detail including a high level of accuracy
·  Experience in working in a fast-paced environment
·  Experience with Microsoft packages
·  Ability to prioritise is essential
·  Disclosure Scotland (or equivalent) at Basic level. (Engie will fund at verbal offer stage).
