ENGIE are recruiting a Building Fabric Supervisor for the Pinderfields and Pontefract Hospitals Contract. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, access to a company vehicle and benefits package.

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:

You will work within the Technical Services Team delivering Fabric services to the Pinderfields and Pontefract contract. It is essential that you have the required maintenance skills to ensure the safe and continuous operation of the internal and external fabric.

Effect repairs to building fabric as required. 

· 
Supervise essential repair works and general maintenance activities at the request of the Technical Services Manager using both inhouse and subcontractor resources as required.

· 
Complete all report sheets and test certificates as necessary and mark up any drawing alterations.

· 
Carry out planned preventative maintenance inspections in accordance with published procedures.

· 
Complete all Task/Risk Assessment sheets relating to work.

· 
Emergency repairs may need to continue beyond a standard working day (for which overtime will be paid)

· 
Adhere to H&S policies on site, ensuring that all work is undertaken in safe working conditions.

· 
Comply with Safe Systems of work as operated by the Technical Services Department, together with Statutory Regulations such as Health & Safety, COSHH etc.

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

·  Basic education to GCSE/’O’ Level in Maths and English or equivalent.
·  Recognised C&G, NVQ3, or equivalent experience in the relevant field.
·  Previous experience in a similar healthcare role desirable, although not essential as full training will be provided.
·  Must have (or be able to obtain) Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) clearance.
·  Full UK Driving Licence
