Job description
Provide information to obtain bank account for processing of payroll. Support the staff with clarifications with the bank, report missing cards and documentation for its recovery.
Controls the expiration and renewal of contracts to the staff. Controls the delivery of personal protective equipment such as shoes and uniforms.
Provide and maintains updated balances of the vacation of the personnel.
Develops letters of recommendation, work letters, fills requests of Infonavit and Fonacot. Develops badges to the staff.
Supports in the collection of documentation to new hire.
Integrates the file of the personal and keep them updated
Supports in the preparation of materials for wall newspaper. Reporting to the Payroll department about the charges for making the staff
Desired profile
Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Administration, 1 years in Human Resources areas, Administrative, reference investigation, turnover statistic.
Excellent skills on Administrative area and Computer Systems.
