We are looking for a Media Services Key Account Manager based in Barcelona to join our Advertising Sales team for the Spanish Market.

The candidate will be reporting to the Head of Ad Sales in Spain & Portugal and will be in charge of business development and creation of new accounts on the Spanish market by executing the strategies outlined by the company.

Main responsabilities (included but not limited):

·  Identify and develop clients portfolio, whether from tourism sector as any other business interested in promoting their products through Internet, including offer, pricing and operational implications.
·  Have a solid knowledge of the online advertising market (Spanish market in particular).
·  Establish and maintain contact with both direct clients and media agencies, as well as the account management of the Airlines accounts.
·  Mantain and make grow the client protfolio by establishing long term relations which increasing customers’ investment in ODIGEO's brands.
·  Suport in dessign and plannification of the advertising campaings based on the identified needs of potential customers.
·  Negotiation of adhoc budgets for all Odigeo Brands of the assigned airline accounts.
·  Sales performance optimization focused on ROI orientation.
·  Revenues Budget control.
·  Lead and anticipate performance KPI's, opportunity leads, share potentials.
·  Attend the most relevant travel-digital marketing events in each market.
·  Built detailed/tailor-made business plans for partners to optimize sales performance.
·  Monitoring performance and reporting results from all marketing campaigns.
·  Create new promotional concepts using existing assets and, where applicable, drive the development of new functionalities to enhance the promotional capabilities of the eDreams ODIGEO brands.

Desired skills & requirements:

·  Degree in Business/Toursim and Marketing, Advertising, E-Commerce or similar.
·  Fluent in English (able to work in this language on a dialy bases). Knowledge of aditional languages will be highly apreciated.
·  +2 years of sales experience in the online advertising market: either commerzialicing online spaces for a web or planning online advertising campaigns in a online media center or similar.
·  Perfect knowledge of the different ad models. CPC, CPM, CPA, etc…
·  Online IT knowledge and advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & PPT).
·  Great understanding of the Web, from the user and publisher perspectives.
·  Deep knowledge of online and tradicional advertising market. To have a portfolio of clients and/or online media contacts will be highly appreciated.
·  Experience in/with online/offline travel agent industry.
·  Experience in/with airline sales support and marketing concepts.
·  We are looking for a professional focused on sales and highly experienced in online marketing: media agencies, internet portals, direct advertisers, etc. As an individual you must be proactive, results driven and with a high level of client relationship management.
