Skills and Knowledge 

·  Maintain a stable and reliable VMware & Windows production environment.
·  Monitor the Windows/VMware infrastructure and take proactive actions when needed.
·  Must have excellent knowledge on vSphere 5.x, 6.x, vRealize, vSan
·  Good to have knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008/2012/2016.
·  Must have good knowledge on Powershell and Python scripting

Activity Description

·   Monitor, triage & troubleshoot Virtual / Hardware server related incidents.
·  Install, upgrade, maintain and support VMware infrastructure.
·  Monitor the Windows/VMware infrastructure and take proactive actions when needed.
·  Contribute to document and review standards and operational procedures.
·   Enforce technical and security standards for Windows infrastructures and services.
·   Follow internal processes at all time (ITIL, time tracking, escalation).
·  Work closely with peers worldwide by taking part in periodic meetings and sharing knowledge.
·  Handle system upgrades and migrations, in accordance with latest technology trends and SG global standards.'
