Risk Analyst:

Overall

This role is responsible for ensuring OCIO aligns with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework

Ensures OCIO develops and maintains risk management and business impact outcomes & plans

Develops strategies and mitigation plans for identified risks

Works closely with Enterprise Risk Management Team and Corporate Audit

Responsible on behalf of OCIO for any audit/ compliance requirement of action/ information submission/ information dissemination

Key Results

Defines risk and risk mitigation plans

Maintains and updates the ERM list on behalf of OCIO

SPOC from OCIO on all ERM discussions

Updates the OCIO leadership of any actions/ escalations in timely manner

Build a repository tool/ interface in the OCIO Site to host the Risks and Controls as well as mitigation actions relevant to OCIO

Key Activities

Collaborate with the ERM team and Corporate/ internal Audit group and OCIO Leadership Team

Validate the business risks owned by OCIO

Work with Towers that owns the mitigation plan and track progress and report-out

Own the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and OCIO component of the Business Continuity Management Plan (BCP)

Must Have Qualifications

Experience in Risk Management frameworks

Experience in DRP and BCP for IT

Good project management skills to track audit mitigation activities

Financial planning to manage budget and track spend for the DRP/ BCP

Degree in IT or Finance with a preferred Certification in Risk Analysis.

Also preferred Disaster Recover Certified Expert or equivalent qualification
