Context/Scope:
PEBAC is a business unit formed by 5 countries (Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, Argentina & Chile) with similar market contexts, trends and opportunities across them. Its ambition is to change the way consumers celebrate in those countries.
PEBAC main pillars are: Focus, Agility & Scale to Transform Growth. Focus on CGT (Casual Get Together) and SO (Special Occasions) Occasions, defining what matters for consumers, customers and shoppers and maximize execution rather than development;

Purpose of Role:
Generate and analyse information about business, market, competitors, customers and shoppers, identifying market trends, key business opportunities/risks. Develop the right tools and reports to support the team in the planning and decision making process giving recommendations to the business in order to achieve performance.
Within Customer Marketing structure, identify opportunities and relevant insights for the business, based on trustworthy brand, category, customer and market information is key to bring to life our performance ambition. So the Business Intelligence role is to generate and analyse relevant information, developing world class tools to help on the data management as well as business insights generation.

Key Outputs:
• Identified information needs. Developing and deploy the right tools to make easier, faster and better the data management process.
• Assure the trustworthiness of the information, using several information tools as ACNielsen, Retail Link, SAP, etc.
• Develop and deploy formats, processes and ways of working that improve and simplify the sales information, execution KPI's and trade spend controlling, tracking and analysis.
• Analyzed key business, market, competitors, customers and shoppers' information, identifying market trends and business opportunities/risks. Making recommendations to generate unlock growth and support the team to generate action plans.
• Coordinate great communication process to assure the understanding and use of information by the development and deployment of best in class reports, tools and plan to guarantee on time communication and understanding.
• Contribute to build teamwork & capabilities in our sales and marketing team, leading the information tools training agenda.
• Build strong relationships across Customers, CMO, MKT, Sales Team, Finance and supply.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
• Degree qualifications in Finance, Business or Engineering discipline.
• 2-3 yrs experience in top Fast Moving Consumption Goods or Market Research/Intelligence (ACNielsen, IPSOS, IRI) companies.
• Strong analytical & financial skills
• A self-driven, action focused, with drive to create & hit his/her own goals, passion for growth and Diageo brands.
