HR Operations is responsible for a standardized, efficient and smooth implementation of HR standard processes and products and offers different possibilities for composition and transformation of the HR processes. The diversity and complexity of the tasks and projects offer a wide-range insight of the company’s HR topics. 

Task description:

As HR Business Partner Operations you are the porter of specific business and HR know-how and you possess the transparency of all HR BP proceedings. You take responsibility for personnel-relevant topics within your supported segment. You manage (partial) projects and independently steer the HR products and processes you’re responsible for the whole TSI.

Therefore you assume the following duties:

·  Development of drafts for the implementation of HR processes in scope of duties such as: talent and performance management, TWM, transformation, leadership of employees, human resource development.
·  Allocation of comprehensive and professional HR- services.
·  Service- and solution orientated consulting of the entity of the corresponding division as an HR-expert by order of HR BP.
·  Implementation of all personnel measures which are not covered by HR Service.
·  Expert interface functions to the HR Shared Service and the Competence Center.
·  Independent steering for the whole TSI. Implementation of HR processes/products within the frame of the defined topic
·  Provision of management information regarding HR topics that are need-based and geared to the target group.
·  Management of/ Collaboration in complex HR projects.

Su perfil

           Job requirements:

·  University degree with focus on HR or comparable professional education with several years of business experience.
·  Several years of HR experience in the field of HR Business partner, HR Competence Center.
·  Distinct knowledge concerning to the HR Portfolio and its feasibility in the supported segment.
·  Detailed knowledge of HR processes and HR IT tools.
·  Very good knowledge of labor and service law with reference to society (incl. industrial constitution law, labor law, negotiated regulations) as well as distinct knowledge of economics.
·  Relevant experience in managing/ collaborating in complex HR projects! /Sub-projects as well as very good knowledge of the PM-methodology
·  Very good practical experience in dealing with established MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), especially aimed in the preparation of presentations, status reports and documentations of results.
·  Profound knowledge of the group structure of Deutsche Telekom/ T-Systems
·  Excellent service orientation as well as good Networking!
·  Very high social expertise and ability to work in a team combined with good assertiveness.
·  Very good analytical, conceptual skills paired with distinct strength of implementation.
·  Independent and structured mode of practice with a very high quality demand
·  High result orientated, pragmatism and decisiveness.
·  Ability to communicate target-group-specific paired with good rhetoric skills and persuasiveness.
·  Confident in English business discussions. German and Spanish languages will be valued positively
