We are currently looking for candidates for a VIE position in Anti-Piracy & License Compliance EMEAR team.

What will your role be ?
· Develop the supporting infrastructure necessary for the effective growth of the License Compliance Program.
· Develop & implement the right License Compliance strategies for the countries you are responsible for.
· Monitor, control and coordinate activities amongst investigation firms, audit firms and law
· Generate and investigate quality leads within Sales Channels across the Region using all available sources.
· Issue soft and standard compliance letters in respect of qualified leads and engage them with Sales through phone calls, visits… when appropriate.
· Maintain close liaison with Sales Channel and distributors to provide a responsive and decisive local point of contact for them.
· Work closely with the business to ensure that compliance leads and opportunities are reported in a timely and accurate manner.
· Investigate organizations and individuals involved in the distribution of illegal/counterfeit DS products & engage with law enforcement or trade association to disrupt or remove it.
The challenges ahead
To support and contribute to the strategies of the anti-piracy License Compliance program through the investigation, development and management of leads derived from information provided by internal/external sources.
To follow through on those leads in partnership with the sales structure and ultimately drive revenue from this activity. Your key success factors
· Very good English and French language skills. A good knowledge of Spanish will be needed and any other languages will be a plus.
· At least one experience in Sales or License Compliance, ideally in a software company.
· Good Communication skills both orally and in writing. Negotiation and objection handling skills.
· Able to manage conflicts through to a successful conclusion in respect of the other parties involved and bring people to a consensus.
· Ability to recognize issues and escalate appropriately. Able to prioritize activities and responsibilities.
· Enthusiastic and performance-driven. Self-disciplined and able to work alone and in difficult environments.
· Willingness to take on multiple tasks and ability to manage them successfully.
