About the job:

The Financial Analyst role is responsible for providing financial analytics for brand and sales initiatives in the Yogurt Business Unit. This person will work with cross-functional partners such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Central Planning teams to build business cases and present to leadership. In addition, will work with Marketing on managing the Advertising & Promotion budget.

• Provide financial analysis on an ad hoc basis for sales and Brand related initiatives
• Complete innovation reporting to the Central Planning group to track actual and forecasted innovation metrics
• Preform post mortems on innovations and customer opportunities
• Work closely with Marketing on Advertising & Promotion spend, including booking accruals and managing forecast
• Continuously work to streamline and automate processes
• Assist with planning and reporting deliverables to the Planning group as needed
• Assist with Financial reporting to Marketing team

About you:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or accounting
• Minimum of 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience required
• CPG experience highly preferred
• Proven ability to interpret and analyze financial statements required
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel required
• Strong financial modeling skills required
• Experience with SAP a plus
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, a plus
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables in a cross-functional matrix organization
• High intellectual curiosity and passion for continuous learning
• Results-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work
• Strong problem-solving and communications skills
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
