Regulatory Affairs Executive- 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Up to £30,000 per annum plus bonus/ flexible working and other additional benefits

We have an exciting role available within our Regulatory Affairs department for a Regulatory Executive to join our team based in Chiswick, London. This role will see you working within our Dairies and Nutrition division of the business.

Within this role you will be responsible for ensuring new and existing brand portfolios comply with UK and EU food regulations, ELN procedures and codes of practice.

We have responsibility for the regulation and the legal compliance of our products whilst also ensuring that we manage consumer feedback about our actions, products and services therefore our Legal & Regulatory Affairs functions are key to the business.

The main duties of this role will include :

·  Ensuring validation of all new product artwork and labelling
·  Ensuring compliance with relevant UK and EU food regulations
·  To support cross-functional project teams and actively participate in creation, development and sign off of communications materials in adherence with project timelines.
·  Ensure adherence to General Secretary Processes within scope of role

Our ideal candidate will need to demonstrate:

·  1-3 Years of working in a Regulatory role practicing food law/ regulatory affairs in FMCG or in a law firm
·  An ability to understand and apply UK and EU regulations to product development and labelling as well as detecting, anticipating regulatory trends and opportunities
·  Demonstrate a collaborative mindset
·  Ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
·  Able to develop networks internally and externally
·  Strong communication, people and organisational skills
