ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Procurement Admin Graduate you will gain exposure into running end to end tenders whilst supporting the SSD function in sourcing of Goods & Services (IT, travel, energy) for Danone Oceania Division in Australia & New Zealand

·  Maintain support implementation of Purchasing Policy
·  Maintain Sourcing and Contract policy adherence and supporting Approved Buyers
·  Maintain Supplier Relationship Management and develop relationships with local suppliers
·  Assist Approved Buyers in Negotiation, implementing and delivery of Contracts

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

·  Qualification in Finance/business management, or studying towards
·  Prior experience in indirect sourcing
·  Self-Motivated, committed & The ability to work Autonomous
·  Ability to efficiently develop strong relationships
