We are currently recruiting for a passionate and enthusiastic Payroll & Administration Coordinator to be based at our Trowbridge office in Wiltshire whilst working closely with Danone’s UK HQ in Chiswick, London.

You will join a very successful and well-established team of Payroll and HR Administration professionals providing transactional support to more than 1500 employees within a major FMCG company in the UK and Ireland with market leading brands across four divisions: Waters, Dairy, Early Life Nutrition and Advanced Medical Nutrition. As a HR Payroll & Administration Coordinator, you will work closely with our HR Business Partner and wider Talent community in driving efficient responses to employee related queries. This varied role will require you to record and produce consistently accurate documentation and reports whilst maintaining systems/procedures within a highly targeted environment.

The successful applicant will be an experienced Finance (Payroll, Accounts or Credit Control), HR (Human Resources) or Administration professional who can demonstrate their ability to excel under pressure and working to tight deadlines whilst ensuring quality and accuracy. Prior exposure of a high volume transaction processing environment across multiple business units would be ideal as would relevant qualifications such as CIPD, AAT and/or CIMA. In addition, a high level of competency with Excel would be advantageous and experience of working with 3rd party suppliers would be beneficial. You will be an ambitious and self-motivated team player who possesses excellent attention to detail and who thrives under pressure. The role will require you to be eligible to work in the UK with no restrictions and be flexible for occasional travel to London and Ireland.

On joining as a Payroll & Administration Coordinator, you can expect a challenging but rewarding position with many development opportunities along with a salary between £20k - £23k (depending on experience) and a bonus.
