Danone North America is looking for a Master Data Analyst in Broomfield, CO or White Plains, NY.

About the job :

The Master Data Analyst will be responsible for creating and monitoring different master data types such as: raw & packaging materials, finish goods, vendors and customers. The main purpose of the job is ensuring the quality and timely delivery of the data. The Analyst will act as a liaison between the different business functions and the data management team.

Data Standardization

·  Standardize data convention across multiple business units
·  Creation and maintenance of processes across multiple business units
·  Find and implement the use of common tools across multiple business units

Master Data Maintenance and Business Analysis

·  Analyze and Propose master data process improvements
·  Identify, troubleshoot, and correct master data issues
·  Provide guidance for master data maintenance to cross functional teams responsible for entry of key data
·  Support the Master Data Team with day to day material, vendor, customer creation and pricing maintenance and ongoing maintenance for all areas
·  Support the finance team during budget period with data reporting and data uploads
·  Utilize analytical skills to improve master data oversight on a day to day basis
·  Liaise with business teams, peers to ensure business goals and requirements are being met on a timely manner
·  Monitor KPIs and define actions plans to improve SLAs and drive business satisfaction

Product Lifecycle

·  Continue to improve our product lifecycle process for finish product, raw and packaging materials, vendors as well as customers master data
·  Work closely with respective business functions to clean up and update master data for discontinued/obsolete data elements

Workflow

·  Evaluate workflow tool and propose improvements to the data collection process

About you :

·  You have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
·  You absolutely have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with SAP master data
·  You preferably have experience using PIM solutions (e.g. Informatica)
·  You preferably have experience using mass maintenance tools (e.g. Winshuttle)
·  You ideally have experience using Orsoft Workflow tool
·  You are a quick learner and motivated team player
·  You have excellent communication skills and are customer-focused
·  You seek continuous improvement and take accountability for your actions and results
