ITCC EMEA is a IT Competence Centre, providing IT services for DANONE in Europe, Africa & Middle East. It is one of four IT Competence Centers in the world, which together support 50000 users worldwide. We work in dynamic and challenging environment managing servers, mailing environment, storages and network. The range of provided services focuses around unified communications, network administration, management of network devices (switches, access points, wireless controllers, routers, firewalls) and related IT infrastructure (Proxy servers, NPS, DHCP).

Now we are looking for candidates for position:

Trainee in Unified Communication Team ITCC

Responsibilities:

·  Providing day-to-day support of the network including WAN, LAN and WiFi ensuring a high performing, consistent and secure network environment.
·  Respond to tickets raised via the ITSM tool. Resolve all tickets within target times to ensure that department service levels and key performance indicators are achieved.
·  Maintain an inventory of network related devices, documentation and monitoring solution.
·  Escalating complex issues to 2nd, 3rd line of support or solution provider whichever applicable.
·  Work with internal technical teams and product placement and feature improvements for availability, reliability, and manageability

Ideal candidate:

·  Is a recent graduate or student (education direction connected with Unified Communication field)
·  Communicates actively and transparently,
·  Has a natural curiosity to learn, challenge themselves and existing process,
·  Is interested in IT area, project management, data and processes analysis,
·  Works in a team effectively,
·  Speaks English fluently,
·  Has basic knowledge of network technology solutions (LAN, WiFi)
·  Has basic knowledge of DNS, DHCP, NPS, Proxy, VPN services
