The Information System organization of the South West Europe CBS (ISSWE CBS) integrated in an international structure recruits an IS Business Solutions Support in his IS Sales Business Solutions Team for a temporary position .
ISSWE CBS give support of the SWE companies. This organization is currently giving support to companies located in four countries (Spain, Portugal, Italy & Greece) and in all different business branches of the Group Danone (Essential Dairy & Plant based Products, Waters, Early Life Nutrition and Advanced Medical Nutrition).
At first the position is to cover the Iberia companies, related with Order to Cash and Customer Service Process with position in BCN.
Objectives of the role
• Provide technical/functional support for incoming concerns and issues related to systems, software and specific applications.
• Support and follow up for all the phases in the IS projects
• Document internal procedures
• Follow up on requests/issues and ensure timely resolution
• Relation with business people and partners to coordinate and manage projects/request/issues
• Handle technical/functional 1st level escalations through tickets
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Systems and Technology or similar
• Some experience (1 or 2 years) in similar fields is preferred
• SAP knowledge is preferred
• SQL knowledge is preferred
• Spanish & English languages are required
• Collaborative, committed, responsive, flexible to change, autonomous but with team working skills and goal-oriented
