Would you like to grow in our HR team based in Barcelona?

Your mission

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic student Intern to join Danone to support the HR Business Partner.
You will work within the HR Business Partner at our Barcelona office. Your mission is to support the HR Business Partner team in one of its areas and develop your skills to the next level.

So, what will you do in practice?

Not a single day will be the same! You will experience all kind of different activities and you will work with multiple stakeholders at the same time.

You will have the ownership of the following tasks:

·  Job Requisitions & Internal software control
·  Support in different campaigns as Performance Review, Development Conversation, Talent Development, etc …)
·  You will interact with the different expertise areas to solve doubts and needs to the Danoners about Learning & Core HR (Payroll, Comp&Ben, etc) topics
·  You will support on the Jrs. selection processes
·  Follow up of our interns and temporary workers.

So, who are we looking for?

We are looking for a student who is interested in Human Resources and is pro-active, energetic and able to work in a highly dynamic environment. You are accurate and results-oriented and a self-starter who can work independently while still being a team-player. You have great analitical & communications skills and you like to take responsibility. Being flexible is key! Experience with Excel is a must.

Next to this, there are a few hard requirements :

Enrolled at university, i.e. Bsc or Msc. Student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or similar. (Possibility to sign an agreement Company – University)

Fluency in English & Spanish (both written and verbally) is a must. Valuable other languages

Available from NOW ; Durantion minimun 6 months, maximun 1 year .
