We’re looking for a talented Financial who wants to further develop in Financial Planning & Analysis, likes working with data and working in international and multi-cultural teams.

About the Job
In this role you will co-manage the overall reporting process of the worldwide business unit of our Specialized Nutrition Business.

Your key focus is to ensure solid reporting planning and process for accurate and timely reporting by:
• Coordinating the preparation of accurate and solid guidelines, supporting business units in submitting their set of figures
• checking accuracy and explain main variances
• ensuring tracking in coordination with the other WBU controllers of the detailed variance analysis of all P&L lines
• taking a deep dive in Forex impacts analysis, and provide inputs for SN WBU ROP variance analysis

You’ll be responsible for robust data collection of KPIs to support key internal stakeholder’s decision making. Besides this you prepare and coordinate and support the Senior FP&A manager in preparing P&L scenarios and deep-dives on ad hoc requests from key stakeholders (Specialized Nutrition VP Finance, Specialized Nutrition Board, Group Controlling).

Your top 3 challenges the first year:
• For our newly created Specialized Nutrition organization we’re aligning the financial planning processes & calendar. Next to the day to day activities the team is working in project modus to compare the reporting calendars and align the ways of working for the different businesses into one way of working. Together you’re integrating best practices and are simplifying operational changes in your daily work.
• co-create automatized decks and dashboards for key stakeholders. Of course we’re very open to hear your ideas of improvement and new tools beside the existing decks.
• deep dive on key topics for P&L analysis and consolidation from the system for you to be able to challenge the region controllers on important topics like fixed costs evolution.

About You
• You have a master’s degree in Finance or Economics
• Are already working in a complex international environment in finance and now ready for a next step to pursue a finance career at Danone.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
