Currently, we are looking for a position for our office in Warsaw:

Business System Analyst - SAP consultant (inventory)

ABOUT THE JOB

You will join the team responsible for analyzing Supply chain business needs in SAP inventory domain. As IS Level 1 we provide support to requests registered by business users (Incidents, Changes) from 15 companies of CEN region. Apart of that we are key contributor in WMS interfaces implementation being bridge between Central team, 3PL and Business. On daily basis we focus on delivery projects and service at high level of quality to bring to the highest value of IS/IT solutions provided to our business stakeholders.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Leading project around WMS interfaces (implementations / changes within CEN region);

- Maintenance of existing solutions and being IS L1 support to Supply chain business users;

- Analysis of business processes (mapping, optimization);

- Cooperation/ communication with CEN countries project teams and business users;

- Other internal processes improvements.

ABOUT YOU

You will be perfect in this role if you:

- have 3+ years of experience on similar position or in IS/IT support;

- have experience familiar in Inventory Management: GR, GI, Stock Transfer order and Transfer posting;

- have knowledge on Idoc / EDI issues solution;

- have experience with ITIL processes & systems (incident & change management);

- have analytical skills with the ability to use Excel and IT helpdesk tools;

- are independent, communicative and cooperative team player with positive attitude;

- have fluent English both written and spoken.
