Reporting into Group Chief Technology Officer (GCTO) End User Support Services (EUSS) globally, the local (EUSS) team is responsible for proximity support, site operations and local client management.

As the deputy for site operations and high-touch support in Dublin you will be responsible for:

· High touch/proximity support to the trader and executive user population for all end user technology components (desktop, voice, collaboration tools etc.)
· Assisting the operations head with handling the day to day running of the branch
· Local incident management and coordination with both local and central infrastructure and application teams
· Event management
· Product deployments in coordination with product and project teams globally
· The role is covered in three shifts to ensure coverage from 7:30 to 18:30
· There will be some weekend/bank holiday work required to support maintenance and foreign markets

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Strong client management and collaboration skills. Comfortable committing to go above and beyond to see an issue/project through to completion.

Experience in working in a high performance team. Ability to work under pressure with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Solid extensive experience of taking care of/supporting an infrastructure environment. Such as:

·  Windows 7/Windows 10 and the 2016 Microsoft Office suite
·  VDI (VMWare)
·  Skype for Business (and mobile)
·  ServiceNow (SNOW)
·  Market Data systems (Bloomberg)
·  Trader Voice (preferably BT ITS), Speakerbus, IPTV (preferably Tripleplay)
·  LAN/MAN/WAN network troubleshooting (preferably Cisco)
