The Quality Eng. Is responsible for set up and improve the quality process and provide follow up to customers issues reported according the company goals.
1. Prepare in new products introduction:
• FMEA’s.
• Process control plan.
• Procedures for traceability system
• Failures and defects codes.
• Final Test procedure
2. Coordinate efforts with the Auditors team and the Auditor team Supervisors.
3. Follow up and improve quality to have goals (DPMO, FTQ, Jidoka, Reparation Scrap and ppm).
4. Analyze statistical data to promote and apply corrective actions
5. Report and follow up issues with defective material.

6. Get involved in internal y external audits (TS/QS9000)
7. Coordinate 8D teams.
8. Along with the Quality Supervisors, responsible to schedule Internal Quality Audits.
