General Description of the position:
The occupant of the position will have the responsibility and authority to ensure the Quality System ISO/TS and customer requirements are met through the control and verification of process and product on the production floor , ensuring the processes necessary for the establishment and maintenance of quality management system , providing customer service regarding product quality and specific requirements , plus try to have quality claims .
Activities:
· Establishing and maintaining process / product Audits according VDA 6.3.
. Coordinate/Develop/participate in internal/external audits according ISO/TS & ISO14001
· Analysis of customer returned product ( claims of Quality )
· Leader of corrective and preventive actions , control of nonconforming product , Calibration , Process Production Part Approval ( PPAPs )
· Quality Supervision Inspectors
· Administration , Implementation and maintenance of quality management system ISO/TS 16949 into SAP system for documents control.
· Direct participation in continuous improvement activities and waste reduction .
· Customer Service Internal and External
