Develop, implement and maintain processes and tools robust and reliable, through the elaboration of a
manual, based on the chain of value from our products, to meet the requirements of security, quality,
productivity, ergonomics and environment, derivatives of them releases of new products, engineering
changes or continuous improvements. Main Tasks: * Ensure start up Plant everyday *Attend operations
meetings *Ensure the compliance of the processes (that comply with the conditions of operation
established) *Innovate, improve and standardize existing processes to achieve greater efficiency, quality,
productivity and profitability. *Development of new processes derived from the new products, new
technology, higher requirements of production, different requirements of quality, reductions of costs,
elimination of operations risky or change of materials raw. (In set with the Department of engineering,
production and maintenance.) *Give follow-up to the activities derived of the APQP's and PDCA's
established in them together of monitoring. *Identify and define the variables of the process more
meaningful and preventive and corrective action criteria enabling efficient control of processes. (In set with
the Department of maintenance.) *Elaboration of WI's of operation and WI's of set up reliable that ensure
the operation optima of those processes. (In set with the Department of engineering, production and
maintenance.) *Clearly define requirements of raw materials and inputs of the process. (In set with
engineering) *Elaboration of a manual of process standard that include all the information technology,
costs, parameters, drawings, flexibility, type of tools, elements of consumption required, IT's, diagrams of
operation, conditions of operation, error proof, capacity, time of cycle, etc. (in joint with the Department of
maintenance.) *Provide support to the Department of manufacturing engineering in the development and
manufacture of samples required by the clients during the launch of new products, engineering, etc.
