Expat responsible to teach local hire Engineer the job.
Preparation, setup, control and monitoring of balancing machines.
Optimization and adjusting of programs for balancing machines
Structural Inspection (visual inspection / dimensional inspection) evaluation and documentation of balancing topics.
Evaluation of any defects and manufacturing faults.
Training of employees within the organization for troubleshooting and maintenance.
To work with industrial engineering on final acceptance of equipment

Job Requirements
• Optimization of production processes in the area of dynamic and highspeed balancing
• Improvement of production processes for balancing
• Process optimization and process enlargements for balancing in product line
• Purchasing of machine spares
Responsibility to reach for products key figures : cycle time, technical availability, FPY, OEE, ppm0 km, ppmfield, scrap rate, do documentation of processes incl PFMEA , support for PPAP and SOP.
