Job Description

1. Staffing – Perform all aspects of hiring, training, developing and coaching Inside Sales Representatives. Conduct semi­annually performance review and career development in accordance with company policy. Coordinate work shift assignments, and vacation schedules to ensure departmental objectives are obtained.
Assist in overall departmental planning.
2. Customer Order fulfillment; Manage the activities of customer order management, including, EDI, phone, fax,
e­mail, and Conti­Link orders. Establish customer EDI capabilities and requirements to ensure compatibility of our systems.
3. Interface and coordinate the development of various policies and procedures with sales, marketing, pricing, billing, credit, warehousing, production scheduling, inventory deployment, and provide written instructions to the Inside Sales organization.

4. Enhance the operating system by submitting detailed requirements for new system designs or revisions to current systems. Research systems, processes and procedures, reporting, credit, and other problems. Identify possible solutions, and implement corrective actions.

5. Implement, manage, measure and review various revenue generating programs as set forth by management.

6. Resolve and manage escalated service calls with customers and others.
7. Work with Inside Sales to establish strong relationships with their assigned accounts to ensure service excellence. Participate in customer meeting as required.
8. Special Projects management as directed by the Department manager. Projects will vary in scope and length depending on departmental requirements.
9. Implement, manage and measure department performance as set forth by management. ( Phone System, Order entry accuracy, and others as required).
10. Handle additional responsibilities as needed
