Overview:

The RF Engineer participates on the development measurement and characterization of RF devices either antennas or circuits with the support of the RF engineers of the department, based on the available tools supports on the conceptualization and execution of the steps required to characterize the interactions of the rf devices with the environment ei; human body determining trough simulations measurements and mathematicals models the way to account for the effects of the human body on the wireless systems . Participates on the design/definition of RF circuits and antennas including their matching network, provides technical support to the customer internal/external as well is accompaning the product life during development and production, supporting vehicle testing

Additional responsibilities:

RF Analysis and simulations
RF Measurements and correlation with Simulations
MATLAB Algorithms generation for plotting and visualization
RF equipment handling (Network analyzer, Anechoic Chamber/GTEM cell, spectrum analyzer, signal generator).
EMC Basic Knowledge
PCB Design Rules
RF Design

Desired profile

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

Electromagnetic Theory, Antenna Theory and Microwaves, Transmissions Lines, Microwaves and RF Measurement Techniques Electromagnetic Simulation (HFSS) and Matlab Programming
Full proficiency in Excel Team player, initiative, williness to learn, Microsoft suite (excel, word, power point, etc)

Preferred Qualifications:

Good english skills
Master courses related to RF/Microwaves
