Your mission will take place in FRANCE & BENELUX Parts & Service Marketing team.
Poste et missions:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, and in collaboration with our sales department (internally and with our dealers), you participate to the implementation of the marketing strategy.
- Relationship with brands to optimize communication synergies, respect their guidelines and adapt our Parts & Service approach according to their own strategies
- Design and/or adapt national campaigns, in collaboration with the central teams, communication agencies, dealers and sales teams involved. Follow-up of projects until their deployments (creation, production, diffusion)
- Management of the different suppliers involved in projects: from the drafting of tenders to the follow-up of commercial proposals, from the planning to the implementation
- Design or implement, with the support of communication agencies, sales supports and actions needed to facilitate the company's interaction with its network and its environment (B to B / B to C communications)
- Develop the digital visibility of our B to C communications (social networks, SMS, emailing, web inserts ...). Define an efficient strategy according animations and customers targeted
- Marketing support for BENELUX sales force and partnerships with some suppliers
- Collaboration with dealers and visit on the field to understand trends, needs, and share recommendations at central level
- Ensure implementation and follow-up of B to B / B to C marketing tools, and participate in their development
- Organize and/or participate to events, business meetings, workshops in collaboration with internal teams and dealers
Profil:
- Master degree with a specialization in Marketing and / or Agriculture
- Good level on Pack Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- French, English, Dutch (professional level minimum)
- Organized, rigorous and autonomous
- Analytical and synthetically mind
- Sensibility to customer satisfaction et relationship
