Poste et missions:
Cash Management
- Follow up LT/ST Intercompany loans
- Participate actively in centralization projects of targeted local Treasuries into the Lyon Treasury center
- Assist Regional Treasurer in control of Long term financing operations (Interest payments, repayments, covenants…etc)

Regional Treasury reporting
- Prepare the Daily, Weekly, Country Treasury Report
- Prepare the Monthly review and Cash Flow Forecast with controlling.
- Assist in Quarterly reconciliation with accounting
- Prepare in collaboration with the regional treasurer the weekly and monthly review for the management together with any other specific presentation (management meeting, special projects…)
Bank relationship & Administration
- Reply on a daily basis to request of banking partners (KYC requests, information meetings, …)
- Assist Treasurers in preparation of Corporate presentation, covenant's disclosure
- Organize with Local Treasuries the follow-up of banking relationship (letter of comfort, agreements,…)
- Coordinate with local treasurers the implementation of the regional payment security policy among the countries
- Update the Treasury Sharepoint site

Profil:

- High reactivity and problem solver, resistant to stress
- Trustworthy and reliable. Conscientious and accurate
- Writing skills, good contact and communication skills
- Knowledge of Macros (VBA) for Excel is a plus

Experience (Job, Internship) of minimum 6 months in a Finance position in an international Group, preferably in Treasury functions or Financial reporting
