fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

What will you be doing?
Role:
- Is part of the PM team and supports Deputy Project Manager during his day to day activity
- Ensure the project is executed and delivered in accordance with the contract while striving to achieve the highest quality in the final delivery of the project to the Operation & Maintenance Team
- Follow Site activities and develop monitoring tools to control progress and quality of the works
- Follow up Technical issues as they arise and coordinate/monitor their resolution
- Work as part of the PM Team liaising with and working alongside designers, contractors, engineers and Operation & Maintenance staff.

Key responsibilities:

- As a member of PM Team contributes to managing all contracts and subcontracts necessary to deliver the project
- As a member of the PM Team contributes to the reporting to various Project Stakeholders
- Produce and maintain Weekly Site Progress Reports and other reports as required.
- Develop and follow progress/performance indicator necessary to follow Works progress and quality
- Monitor and perpetually improve Project Control tools such as Document Management (in collaboration with Project Document Controller).
- Review scope of work of various contract in order to identify Interface Risks and ensure completeness and clarity between subcontractors
- Review and comment layouts, drawings, quantities…
- Co-ordinate engineering design work to ensure design intent is achieved
- Review various contractor’s documentation (Design, Method Statements, etc…)
- Ensure that appropriate standards are used in design and construction.
- Assist at all levels of construction staff in contract delivery.
- Coordinate resolution of Design and/or Construction issues with various Stakeholders.

Profile:

General requirement:
Previous experience in Waste Industry or Construction is a plus.
Motivated by environmental topics

Education Requirements:
Master’s degree or Engineer’s degree

Languages required:
English: Fluent (both written and spoken)
French and/or Serbian is a plus

Required technical Skills:
Technical background or interests in one or several of the following fields is suitable:
Civil, Mechanical, Process, Construction, Commissioning, Project Management

Required behavior Skills:
Autonomous, Adaptable, problem-solving attitude, willing to learn while exercising critical thinking.
Detailed, organized, methodical approach to daily work
Good communication skills and able to work well with others (internal/external stakeholders) both formally and informally depending on the situation.
